TidalSense, is a venture-backed respiratory technology company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Cambridge UK. TidalSense has a mission to revolutionse population-level outcomes for respiratory patients through pathway transformation. Our technologies are built on the foundation of our novel patented sensor technology, embedded within N-Tidal™, which provides unprecedented insight into lung physiology through high accuracy and rapid sampling of CO₂. This, combined with the TidalSense cloud platform and AI technologies enables tidalSense's diagnostic and monitoring medical device solutions.

N-Tidal™ Diagnose, the company's flagship diagnostic solution is the first new modality (non-spirometry) AI diagnostic device to be cleared under EU MDR for the diagnosis of COPD, setting a new standard and challenging the status quo. It performs near-real-time geometric analysis of breath waveforms to generate a diagnosis at the point of care within a few minutes.
